She has personally closed more than $240 million in transactions within the last few years. Today she is highly respected as a professional Loan Officer and clients and peers alike appreciate her genuine dedication and exceptional attention to detail every step of the mortgage process.
Alicia entered the real estate industry as new-home sales professional. She lent her talents to some of the nation's best-known homebuilders, including selling more than 100 homes at Five Point Communities' Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine.
Alicia’s comprehensive corporate experience has honed her natural ability to treat every transaction with operational efficiency. She creates a personalized plan of action for every real estate partners' client, including state-of-the-art marketing strategies that increase visibility for every property. She is often rewarded by working with clients' family members and watching their generations grow.
Her tenacity, deep-seated knowledge of financing and contract structure, and customer service have all contributed to a vast wealth of knowledge about the business of real estate. Having raised two children, Alicia has the masterful ability to help clients psychologically navigate the often unpredictable ebb and flow of the fluctuating market.
Alicia has traveled to 58+ countries and embraces diverse cultural experiences and transactions. In her spare time, she teaches and practices Yoga on a volunteer basis to a special community. She has also chaired special events for Make-A-Wish Foundation and The American Cancer Society. As a lifelong learner, she continues to expand her certification success in various real estate platforms with a focus on lending.
