Our Loan Officers are among the most respected, professional and ethical in the industry. On average our team members have 10 years of experience while some have 20 plus years of mortgage expertise. CONVENTIONAL LOAN

  • Privately issued/non-government mortgage
  • Requires 3-20% down payment
  • Requires 700+ credit score
  • May require private mortgage insurance (dependent on down payment amount)

 

FHA LOAN

  • Insured by the Federal Housing Administration
  • Typically requires 3.5% down payment, but 100% financing is available
  • Requires 580+ credit score
  • Requires FHA mortgage insurance


USDA LOAN

  • Insured by the U.S. Departure of Agriculture
  • Only available for homes in less developed/rural areas
  • Does not require a down payment
  • Requires 600+ credit score
  • Does not require mortgage insurance, but does require both an upfront guarantee fee & an annual fee


VA LOAN

  • Insured by the Department of Veterans Affairs
  • Only available to qualified military vets and active service members
  • Does not require a down payment
  • Requires 580+ credit score
  • Does not require mortgage insurance, but does require a one-time VA funding fee
